Three Upper Sixth students, Katie Farrell, Róisín Mc Aleavey and Marie Claire Bradley, attended the Mock European Council debate, which took place in the Senate Chamber in Parliament Buildings, Stormont. The students represented Slovakia and each student participated in a debate with students from 27 other schools from throughout Ireland. The topics under discussion on the day were The Euro, Climate Change and Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion.
