Congratulations to Patricia Carr L6th and Caoimhe Ní Dháibhéid S2 who were successful in the recent local round of the Irish –language public speaking competition Abair.  Six Our Lady’s students took part, speaking on a range of subjects from Global Warming to Blood Donors.  Patricia Carr, who spoke about the Pursuit of Happiness, came 2nd at A Level.  Caoimhe Ní Dháibhéid, who spoke about Swine Flu, came 1st at GCSE Level.  Both girls will now go through to the Ulster finals in Armagh at the end of March.
