Physics Trip to Nottingham
A group of AS physics students attended the University of Nottingham conference. This brought the students into contact with some of the most exciting and significant developments in Modern Physics.

Through a range of stimulating presentations and laboratory practicals and demonstrations, students got exposed to the excitement and challenge of physics in the 21st century. The presentations covered the broad scope of physics, from nanoscience to exploration of Black Holes.

Those not considering a Physics degree, were exposed to the various usages of Physics in engineering and Medicine. Such topics included medical imaging and research into new materials.
