Sixty S1 and S2 pupils took part in the Intermediate Mathematics Challenge.  Three pupils achieved Gold certificates, nine achieved Silver and thirteen achieved Bronze.

Two outstanding mathematicians from S2 (pictured above) have qualified for further rounds of the competition.

Meng Lu (right) achieved ‘Best in School’ and will progress to the British Olympiad.

Maire McHugh (left) also achieved a very high score and will progress to the European Pink Kangaroo Challenge.
