Exceptional results for exceptional young ladies

The Our Lady's A-Level class of 2007 are celebrating their superb examination success and getting ready to move on to the university and college courses of their choice.

Principal Ms Geraldine Pettigrew congratulated all of the girls in the year group and thanked them for their outstanding contribution to the life of the school.  "The students in Our Lady's have a marvelous record of examination success", she commented. "The class of 2007 have maintained that good tradition. Once again the overall pass rate is outstanding and the Grade A-C figure of 95 percent is very significantly above the Northern Ireland Grammar School average. A tremendous 27 girls obtained three or four A grades."

"This group of girls has had a very special bond of friendship throughout their school career and have supported each other in difficult and testing times. I admire their courage and resilience as well as their achievements and I thank them for all that they have given to the school. I should like to also congratulate their families and the absolutely superb staff of Our Lady's who work with such skill and commitment to ensure that each student can fulfill her potential. I am very proud of all of them."
